    Notify before free time ends

    Most rate cons require notice. Message the broker before the free window closes and note the time on the load.

    Approve or reject the candidate

    The load shows dwell past free time with the billable minutes. Approve against the rate con's hourly rate and rounding; reject what the terms do not support.

    Get the proof

    In and out times signed on the BOL carry the claim; the geofence timestamps back it up.

    Bill it

    Approved detention, lumpers, TONU and layover land as line items when you invoice the load.
