Before the first dispatch
Full Clearinghouse query with the driver's electronic consent, and a negative pre-employment test. Record both on the driver.
Every 12 months
A limited query per driver (49 CFR 382.701(b)). The page shows who is due.
Random pool
If you are not in a consortium, the Marketplace enrolls you; the random selections and MIS reporting come from the consortium.
