Clients, pushing loads and the BOL to the broker

Every load you book is created in the carrier's own account. For clients not on Tacit OS, you keep a load record of your own and still send the BOL to the broker from it.

Where to find it

  • Clients has two lists: Carriers (your hired clients, fee and terms) and Brokers (firms and the people at them).
  • Add Load on a hired carrier creates the load in that carrier's Tacit OS; its load page is the carrier's page, minus driver pay and the Completed step.
  • Rate cons and BOLs you upload file into the carrier's storage. The BOL-to-broker email is sent from the load and logged for both of you.
  • External clients (carriers not on Tacit OS) get a load record owned by you, with the same dispatch sheet and BOL tools.
