How a carrier hires you, and what the hire grants

   The carrier hires

   From the directory, or by marking your job application Hired. The engagement waits as pending signature.

   The carrier signs

   Your current agreement, in-app. Only then does access open: their loads (you create and edit them), their drivers and equipment (read-only), their HOS and map.

3. 3

   Either side can end it

   The carrier revokes from Carrier › Dispatchers; you end it from Clients. Access closes immediately; the loads you booked stay with the carrier.

Driver pay is never visible to a hired dispatcher. You see the customer's money, not the driver's.
