Add a truck
Fleet › Equipment › Trucks › Add Truck. VIN, make, model, year, plate, unit number. The VIN is what the ELD sync matches on, so enter it exactly.

Add trailers
Trailers tab, same idea. Reefers and flatbeds carry their type so loads can match equipment.

Keep status current
Active, in shop, out of service. Out-of-service units cannot be assigned to loads.
Edits to a unit by an invited team member can be routed through an approval so the owner sees changes to VIN, plate or ownership before they apply.
