Where to find it

Schedule
Maintenance › Schedule › New. Pick the unit, the service, and whether it recurs by date, mileage or both. Mileage comes from the ELD when connected.

Work the Upcoming list
Due and overdue items by unit. Dispatch should glance at it before pairing a truck.

Log the work
Service Logs › New: date, vendor, cost, parts, notes, receipt photo. The log resets the schedule and joins the unit's history for audits and resale.
