The onboarding wizard takes a hired candidate through paperwork, screening and account activation in order, so nobody drives before the file is complete.

Where to find it

    Start from the hire

    A hired applicant becomes an onboarding record with the required steps: application, MVR, PSP, Clearinghouse full query, pre-employment drug test, medical certificate, road test, orientation.

    Work the steps

    Each step is complete when its document is on file. Screening reports can be ordered from the Marketplace.

  3. 3

    Activate

    When every required step is done the driver becomes active, appears in dispatch, and (if invited) gets their login.
