Included on every plan

Training: the Academy and your training library

Assign Tacit OS Academy courses or your own materials to drivers and staff, track completion and keep certificates. The Dispatcher Training Program is a paid course with a live session.

Included on every plan

Included on every plan, the free plan too. The six core Academy courses are free. The Dispatcher Training Program is $750 one-time per company and includes a live remote session.

Where to find it

  • Academy courses end in a graded exam and a certificate anyone can verify by number.
  • Training Library: assign an Academy course or upload your own video or PDF, set a due date, and see who finished. Passing an Academy exam marks the assignment complete with the real score.
  • The Dispatcher Training Program adds a live session for up to three associates, ten lessons with videos, and the printable Dispatcher Checklist Pack (daily, weekly, monthly, per-load, required-in-truck and safety-binder lists).
