Tacit Logistics Inc — Tacit Dispatching
Our own dispatch desk, and the default choice when you want the team that built Tacit OS booking your freight. Load sourcing, rate negotiation, broker vetting with HaulCheck, rate cons and paperwork — every load lands straight in your own Tacit OS dispatch board, and you keep running the truck.
Hire an Accountant — your full finance department, on retainer
We've partnered with Terry Nwosuocha, founder of Assay Advisory Intelligence (Assay AI), to bring institutional-grade accounting directly into the platform. Terry brings Big 4 audit training, SEC reporting experience, and pre-IPO Controller depth — transaction recording, monthly reconciliations, financial statements, cash-flow forecasting, and tax-strategy coordination, proactive instead of reactive. Additional finance services not listed here can be added on request. Hire him in one click from your accounting dashboard: he gets secure, transaction-only access to your books, works right inside your Tacit OS bookkeeping suite, and you can revoke access anytime. Payments are handled in-app.

How do I hire a trucking dispatcher?
Tacit Logistics Inc is listed first: Tacit Dispatching books your freight for 10% of transportation revenue with no monthly fee — review the agreement and apply at /services/dispatching. Below it, browse approved independent dispatchers, filter by state or service area, and contact them directly — no middleman and no placement fee. Carriers with a Tacit OS account can also hire a listed dispatcher inside the platform: one click grants scoped access to create and push loads to your account, and you can end the engagement at any time.
How do I find a bookkeeper or accountant for my trucking company?
The Hire-a-Pro directory lists approved bookkeepers and financial experts who work with carriers — driver settlements, IFTA fuel tax, factoring reconciliation, and tax prep. Filter by state to find someone in your area, or hire remotely.
Are the professionals in this directory vetted?
Every listing is an application reviewed and approved by the Tacit OS team before it appears here. Professionals must hold an active Tacit OS account, and listings can be suspended if standards aren't met.
Does Tacit OS charge to contact a dispatcher or bookkeeper?
No. The directory is free to browse and you contact professionals directly — no middleman, no placement fee. You negotiate rates and terms directly with the professional you hire.
How do I get listed as a dispatcher or financial expert?
Create a free Tacit OS account. Dispatchers can list their company as hireable from their dashboard (Job Board → List Yourself as Hireable) so carriers inside the platform can hire them directly. Bookkeepers and financial experts apply from their profile page — our team reviews every directory application by hand.
